In today’s conversation, we talk with Kelsey Stoll. Kelsey shares her journey through yoga and mental health, particularly focusing on her experiences with eating disorders. We talk today about the evolving perspectives on fitness and body image, the importance of compassionate communication around eating disorders, and how yoga plays a crucial role in grief and healing. 

Kelsey is a yoga instructor who has been teaching for more than ten years and is currently based in Denver.  Kelsey is also a LSW full time therapist who integrates Somatic Movement into her practice and is a social worker working for Better Life Colorado. She is the founder and leader of Compass Retreats, which combines nature, yoga and mindful eating in some of the most beautiful places in the world.
