Description

The saying 'doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result' is the definition of insanity! 

So why does this show up in sales so often? 

Salespeople will often challenge me, which I love by the way, and say 'but that doesn't work' or 'I've done that before' but they're generalising.

In Sales the difference between a solid cold call / outreach and a weak one is tiny. 

It could be the language, tone, timing, problem overcome or ideal outcome that doesn't connect.
