Leone Baron is a young leader in the sustainability space. Having graduated from UCL in 2019, she has gone on to found Following the Footprints which digs into how consumer goods businesses are innovating to have a more positive environmental impact'. This has led to many opportunities, including her current role as Community Lead at MCJ Collective, one of the largest climate communities in the world. She tells us how every job can be in climate, how she secured a career in the space and how she balances her multiple endeavours.
