Description

Sam is a final year student at LSE studying Mathematics and Economics. While completing his studies, he has been about as successful as one can be in preparing himself for a fruitful career. He has ultimately decided that a career in consulting is what he wants to do as a postgraduate with MBB consulting firm, McKinsey. However, despite not making it his career, in this episode he speaks about the value of founding a successful start-up while at university and how the experience and skills gained from entrepreneurship can be transferable to any career. For me, as someone in the exact same stage of life, I found this conversation particularly enlightening as to how I can best prepare myself for my career while staying happy by using his exclusive 'career hacks'.
