Ged Quinn is a product of Sunderland AFC's youth academy in England, came to the U.S. to play collegiately where he was an All-American at Lenoir-Rhyne University, and is now the Academy Director at Barca Residency Academy in Casa Grande, AZ. Ged took the time to answer all of our questions about the structure and daily workings of Barca Academy, their relationship with La Masia, and some of the challenges they face that naturally prompt their plan for each player.
