Endurance. Is that a characteristic you have? I think most of us like to consider ourselves as having endurance, especially if we are talking about something of great personal importance. Living with an endurance mindset is our theme for today. In other words, having an eye toward persevering and improving the gifts we have given. We sometimes think endurance means “when the going gets tough, the tough get going.” But it is also taking care of what we have and do so that it lasts – it endures. Like a friendship that has lasted a long time and endured through the good times and the bad. That’s an endurance we can all practice.
