Greg Kligman is a part of the Manager and Leader Development Team at Amazon Web Services, Inc., where he developed The Language of Empathy workshop to help leaders communicate with empathy. Greg is currently pursuing his professional coaching designation with the International Coaching Federation, and he provides executive coaching to leaders at Amazon from Director to Vice President. For the past five years, Greg has volunteered with Distress Centers of Greater Toronto, first as a crisis-line responder, and now as a facilitator and trainer in their Survivor Support Program, which provides peer support to community members who have suffered traumatic loss. Greg is passionate about the power of communication to create powerful change in people’s personal and professional lives.
