It's time for a kitchen makeover! We're going to build out a grocery list + bring in all the foods that will help you hit your goals. One of my favorite tools for staying consistent is to build out a list of your staple items. These are going to be the foods that you keep in the house at all times!

We're going to break this down into a few different categories:

  1. Protein
  2. Carbs
  3. Fats
  4. Fruit + veggies
  5. Snacks that are easy on the go
  6. Snacks you plan to eat at home
  7. Cravings
