Let's do a mini coaching session, shall we? In this episode, I'm going to help you unf*ck yourself, set some bada$$ goals, and develop an action plan to achieve them. Stick around till the end because I'm going to cover some mindset hurdles to help you keep cruising towards your goals! Listen while you drive, workout, clean, etc. but take some mental notes then come back and re-listen when you have the chance to put pen to paper and jot these down to refer back to as needed!!
