I decided to start this thing with a good friend and co worker in multiple companies , Richard Dracass. Richard gets shot out of a cannon with his candid discussion about some past employers. Also, since this is my first episode, my audio makes me sound like I'm in a can. Working out the details folks, trust me, it gets better once I figure out how to work my mic!
