From humble origins, Ginger Crystal Faith is a successful real estate investor for over three decades. She is a real estate broker and builder, CEO of Golden Canyon Properties, Inc., and has flipped over 52 houses - two were featured on HGTV. An AirBnb Superhost, landlady, and banker, she bought her first large profitable commercial real estate investment in 1994. She is the founder of YourWealthNetwork meetup group and the Women’s Wealth Network in the San Francisco Bay area. As seen on FOX, CBS, NBC, and Yahoo Finance, I am pleased to interview Ginger.
Ginger navigates us through her early influences and how she gained independence despite a troubled start. Inspiring, Ginger describes how her journey began with some remarkably successful entrepreneurial endeavors and large rental acquisitions in her teens and 20s. From a behavioral perspective, I was keen on what attracted her to investing and specific characteristics and qualities that helped along her path. What is intriguing is how she reconciles her differences with others and avoids feelings of jealousy or victimhood by looking up to others and asking herself what can she learn?
