This is something I’ve learnt - Collectives are not entities. A government cannot care for you, only another person can. An organisation cannot care for you, only a person can. In the book Free Agent Nation, Daniel Pink tells the story of how companies used to see themselves as a family. But is this model really the best for us? Should educational institutions continue to promote this model?
