This episode is a continuation of the last episode on hypocrisy and looking at case study that I became interested in after a Youtuber and podcaster Stefan Molyneux, whom I very much admire, posted a video regarding his "Brutal Year".
As he asked for feedback I sent him an email to basically remember his own advice on the subject. Then in turn, I later realised that I also needed to actually apply the advice I was giving to my life too. It's interesting how this works.
