We explore why a blank canvas feels terrifying to so many people (me included!!) and how simple “guard rails” like improv principles and playful parameters can help you move without perfectionism running the show. I also share my own journey of letting go of the story that I’m not creative, and how things like leadership, hair, makeup, and even coloring can be powerful entry points when you stop judging what counts. We dig into resistance as the place where the good stuff lives, the science of neuro aesthetics and how art regulates the nervous system, and why creativity can be the missing link when you’ve done all the reading and therapy but still feel stuck. This one is an invitation to surprise yourself, find your way back to your essence, and if you’re ready to stop spinning and move forward with clarity and confidence,
