You’ve definitely seen it. You're innocently scrolling TikTok when suddenly someone pops up with an eerie smile and an even eerier tone: “Alright ladies, time to do your kegels... are you ready? Let’s do it together.” You stare at your screen in terror thinking, “What the fck is a kegel?”* As you clench your butt cheeks and hold your breath, you wonder, “Is this really what I should be doing every day?”
The answer, pelvic freaks, is a big, juicy NO.
And we’re here to tell you why. Because honestly? We’re so over people thinking our jobs are all about kegels. In reality, most of our treatment sessions don’t involve kegels at all.
