Welcome back to another episode of Cupcakes and Consciousness!
We understand that the world may feel chaotic and scary right now.
We must remember that good ALWAYS prevails even if the world feels scary in ways we have never felt before. Trust in our beloved Earth being good. Our goal is to not we lose faith in humanity because if we do, we will only focus on the fear and negative issues and that is the sure fire way to spiral ourselves into the deep, dark abyss of depression and despair.
It’s our job to step back from moment to moment and breathe deeply into our heart. We need to connect there. Remember we have endured a lot and there has been an incredible mountain of chaos and darkness for humanity and there’s more to come. Turn inward to our faith and trust in a higher power and find ways to serve those around us with love and paradigm shift to HOPE.
