helloooo my loves, today's ep can be a bit of a tender topic as pretty much all of us have suffered from a body image insecurity at least once whether it was just that you felt an outfit made your body shape look weird or you could even suffer from body dysmorphia. i want to thank you for listening to this episode and taking time to dive into this topic with me as our bodies our OWN vulnerable things inside & out but yet it's what the others can see of us so sometimes it doesn't feel like our own. we'll be discussing how our body image is the least important thing compared to our other qualities as humans and how to care for your body through the intention of health and wellbeing as the #1 priority. as always;
