Blaz Marolt graduated from the US Military Academy at West
Point in 2012 and completed Ranger School the following year. After leaving the
military, he led several teams ranging from 4 to 120 employees across various
industries. His leadership journey culminated in his roles as Regional
Operations Director, responsible for 8 countries, and Chief of Staff for a
career coaching company. Currently, Blaz is a leadership coach, focusing on
coaching new managers.
