Inspired by the ancient Greek Goddess Nyx, this meditation invites you to feel into the darkness and chaos that lives within all of us. To her devotees Nyx gifted the qualities of deep intuition, an ability to see through the shadows and darkness, so that they would feel comforted and protected during dark times. Nyx allows us to embrace our shadow work, find empowerment within the chaos, independence and sovereignty over our inner worlds.
