There are many Minor Chakras in addition to the main 7 chakras that you may already know. This subtle energy centre of the Vagus Nerve, or Alta Major, Chakra rests at the base of the skull, where the spine meets the head. It is a sacred gateway between the physical body and the higher realms—a mystical threshold where intuition, insight, and divine guidance flow into form. In this meditation we begin to connect with this powerful energy that allows us access to deeper knowing, and deeper connection with our Subtle Body.
