Maria Rodale, Author, Entrepreneur and Gardner
This week we talk with the lovely, Maria Rodale. Maria is an author of many books, including Love Nature Magic, Organic Manifesto and the cookbook Scratch. She is also the co-chair of the board of the non-profit Rodale Institute, and former CEO of Rodale publishing. She has three grown daughters and lives in Pennsylvania, where she is a passionate gardener. She is also the children's book author Mrs. Peanuckle.
