Is More Really Better?

It's easy to fall into the belief that more is better when it comes to things that benefit us. If what's trending is going to give us A,B or C then we are going all in and often putting blinders on to the other necessary things that impact our overall health both inside and out. In this week's episode we discuss embracing the "newness" while also making a priority for a well rounded routine that includes a variety of types of movement, all food groups, and self-care habits. We chat about how this starts with the commitment of continued education and the confidence we have in how our bodies work, its needs and the choices we can make to support that.
