As much as it will irk me to admit, Tyler King was undefeated in his predictions for PFL 7, the start of the playoffs. Melissa Santos won by decision by controlled the entire contest and showed why she is as tough as they come.
Oleg Popov completely dominated Linton Vassel leading to a KO/TKO in the first round. Tyler said Popov's striking ability would overwhelm Vassell and he certainly did.
In my book, the beatdown of the night goes to Dakota Ditcheva. She scored a TKO over Jenna Bishop and it was never close. I don't think Dakota had a scratch on her. She moves to 3-0 on the season and an impressive 13-0 overall. She should go into the finals as a favorite according to Tyler.
The finals was another early TKO by Denis Goltzov hammering Tim Johnson. I picked Johnson because I thought having a 20 pound weight advantage would make a big difference...that is why Tyler is the expert and I am not. He went 4-0 on his picks of the main card.
