We start off celebrating PFL and the return of Bellator for their fall schedule. An exciting two weeks of shows that will only get better. Tyler and I both like Bellator standing alone, not being shut down by PFL, like UFC did when it bought other companies. We are looking forward to Brace for IMPACT, Battle Of The Giants on October 19th, which is a Super Fight PPV. Francis Ngannou will make his first appearance in PFL and return to MMA, against Heavyweight Champion Renan Ferreira. Ngannou left UFC as champion and competed in boxing most recently.
Tyler and I also recap UFC 306, reviewing all the fights on the main card. Disappointing to see the injury to Sean Omalley and we wish him well on his recovery. Tyler believes it's a blessing in disguise because he needs time off after running hard for two years.
