Description

Conditioning, also known as Pavlovian association or classical conditioning, is a psychological principle that describes the process of learning through repeated associations between stimuli and responses. In classical conditioning, a neutral stimulus (such as a bell) becomes associated with a meaningful or salient stimulus (such as food) through repeated pairings, leading to a conditioned response (such as salivation) when the neutral stimulus is presented alone.

Ring a bell? Conditioning shows how behaviors can be shaped through associations and repetition. 🔔🐾
