Description

The Pygmalion Effect, also known as the Rosenthal Effect, is a psychological phenomenon where higher expectations lead to an increase in performance or achievement. When individuals are treated or perceived as capable, competent, or high-performing, they are more likely to exhibit behaviors and qualities that align with those expectations. This can result in a self-fulfilling prophecy, where positive beliefs and attitudes about someone's abilities lead to improved outcomes.

High expectations inspire high performance. Believe in others, and watch them rise to meet the challenge.
