For Week 1, Sarah and Biljana take not of their dreams following no food after 6pm and consuming less sugar, without intent. In week 2 they do the same but with setting an intention for their dream. The result? Setting an intention is key to having more
meaningful dreams, or even dreaming/remembering your dreams at all!
