How do you react when things don't go according to plan? This weekend I surprised myself by jumping on the bike again LITERALLY.
I like how I handled the whole thing and to be honest I surprised myself. Mark suggested we go bike riding (what I wonderful idea I thought), after all I have ridden electric bikes before (several times). But these were not ordinary electric bikes...this is supped up ninja like electric bikes.
Never the less the, "all will be well and this will be fun" part of me said let's do it. And what happened next taught me the BIGGEST lesson about how to approach life when things don't go well. I hope this short study inspires you and helps you look at how you choose (or not) to get back on the bike we call life.
Did you get on the priority list for the upcoming 5-week container? We will work together as a very small group and one on one as well. I believe combining both group and one on one sessions is the best and fastest way to heal, grow and get the tools to put in place and enforce boundaries, to remove from your body past traumatic events and to look at patterns that are no longer serving you and the life you want to live.
