- In this episode of The Coy Pond we go over each Super Wild Card weekend NFL matchup and give our predictions. Some teams ended the season on a hot streak while others barely made it into the playoffs fighting the last month for a spot. Some NFL teams have been battling the injury bug and other teams are getting their guys back finally.
The Chargers at Texans is an electric way to kick off the weekend with a playoff winless QB Justin Herbert going up against a preseason Super Bowl dark horse who has been decimated by injuries. Ending Saturday night with a freezing cold Steelers team going into the fire of a red hot Ravens looking to make up for last year. Sunday kicks off with a phenome rookie QB Bo Nix looking to make his mark in history against the juggernauts in the east. Sunday afternoon will feature two teams that have had injury scares which could bring a potential Super Bowl contender back to Earth for a Sunday upset. Sunday night we'll have a shootout between two of the most damaging offenses in the NFL. All leading up to Monday night where veteran QB Matt Stafford looks to extend a winning streak against a possible confidence depleted Vikings team.
