The working class of the world has been becoming more and more aggravated and aware of their condition as workers. They are tired of low wages, high bills, no affordable or safe housing, no healthcare, poor education and abysmal social services. They have been calling for strikes, unionizing, better pay, and better working conditions. But what does this all mean? How can trade unions and Economism, the theories that folks like Richard Wolff perpetuate, truly aid the working class? Can they? And if so, what does that look like? In this discussion I try to go over some of these questions and answer them myself. I hope you enjoy! As always, if anything is incorrect or you feel you’d like to critique anything, please reach out!
