We’re hitting the road so that you can actually hear how we tackle a market. All kinds of markets! We’ll get you up close and personal with everything from International to Fish to Farmers and how to best shop for what you need.
The food services, like Hello Fresh and Blue Apron, are great and convenient. We believe part of the reason for this (and Natalia raises her hand on this one) is that you don’t have to shop for ingredients or even think about them. They all appear on your doorstep. How much easier can you get? But sometimes, you have to venture out so we’re here for you to make it more pleasant and yes, dare I say, fjun.
