This week saw Gav heading north — catching up on live projects and scoping out fresh opportunities heading our way.
Wednesday brought the very first Bricks, Balls & Birdies golf day… sunshine, property chat, and a fair bit of “find the ball” after some questionable swings. A cracking day out and a brilliant chance to reconnect with good people in the game.
By Thursday and Friday the tempo cranked right up — with the team securing a whopping £5.4 million worth of offers lined up for vendors, plus the cherry on top: two deals locked, loaded, and sent off to legals.
A huge milestone, proof that months of graft are starting to gather real momentum.
