How agents have to manage both the expectations of both the tenant and the landlord, you hear tails of landlords who have tried to do repairs themselves just to save in the sort term. A story of one rogue landlord fixing his roof with vinyl flooring will be discussed.
It was good to hear that the gao is being shorten and the standard of landlord is rapidly improving with more professional landlord coming into the market.
Certainly was for us the landlord and investor and interesting chat and to hear it from the point of view of a management agent.
