Much like many property the 2025 goals, vision and mission will have to be adopted already so early on in the year.
With changes to circumstances in our personal lives the goals for the company will change and as a group we will have to pivot.
Same as when refinances come in Less or when build costs/quotes come in higher than expected.
Properly as with life sometimes is about being able to pivot and change direction.
