This week we was lucky enough to be joined by Ray Catchpole of Catchpole stays and Lettings. Ray has been active in the industry for many years now and has a real interesting story of the importance of remaining consistent and preserving to achieve the end goal no matter what property throws at you.
From accidential landlords and friends and family telling them not to get into property Ray has now got a successful SA Management business in Essex. After the stresses and strains of a commercial to Residential deal that didn't quite pan out as some projects dont Ray sold off some properties and is now re-building the portfolio to allow him and his wife to travel more and enjoy life. Which right from the start was the goal its just property sometimes throws you a few curve balls..
