As we got cut off mid-flow discussing the 1.5 million housing target, we jumped straight back in to finish what was turning into a fascinating conversation. One big takeaway from my discussions with Richard this past week has been that experience is priceless — and that surrounding yourself with people who have walked the path you want to tread is invaluable.
