As we got cut off mid-flow discussing the 1.5 million housing target, we jumped straight back in to finish what was turning into a fascinating conversation. This time, we dived deep into grey and green belt plots, with Richard breaking down the key differences and explaining how varying landscapes can directly influence site pricing and the future GDV potential.
One big takeaway from my discussions with Richard this past week has been that experience is priceless — and that surrounding yourself with people who have walked the path you want to tread is invaluable.
