Dr. Rob Lion (pronounced“Lee-own”) is a professor of human resource development at Idaho State University and co-founder of Black River Performance Management. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational development, and performanceimprovement, Rob is recognized for challenging conventional wisdom with a human-centered, yet often contrarian, approach to developing stronger leaders and healthier organizations.
Drawing on workplace psychology and behavioral science, he simplifies leadership complexities and deliverspractical, evidence-based strategies that drive meaningful results.
