Description

Water is essential to our survival.

Staying properly hydrated is critical for pretty much every single system in the body. From carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells, to helping digestion, protecting organs and tissues, and regulating body temperature.

But how much water do you actually need to drink? And do you need to adjust this depending on how much exercise you’re doing?

On this episode, Gab and Sarah look at recommended daily fluid intake and how to know if you’re well hydrated.

Also, we’re taking a break! We’ll be back on the pod in a couple of weeks.
