Priit Mihkelson joins the podcast via Skype and discusses variety of topics with Noah. The podcast opens with Noah inquiring about Priit's BJJ and combat sport origins. Priit is a black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and is the head coach at 3D Treening in Tallinn, Estonia. He is a regular instructor at BJJ Globetrotter camps and travels frequently to BJJ schools around world to give seminars. His latest venture is DefensiveBJJ.com, a subscription-based service that gives access to tons of educational content that focuses on the defensive side of jiu-jitsu. This includes Priit's defensive systems, postures, and late submission escapes. In addition, subscribers can upload their rolling footage and Priit will review and narrate it for you.
