This week I'm giving you a little summary of where body positivity came from. Ironically enough, I absolutely hated the way I looked in this episode and almost didn't air it. But in the spirit of body positivity, and the fact that we're living on a dying rock soaring through space with a facist regime hanging over our heads, I figured whelp - I might as well.
