Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) is a cocky and young racecar that is set on winning the Piston Cup. When it comes down to a winner takes all race, he gets lost and has a run in with a little forgotten town. Now it's a literal race against time as he is forced to repair the road he damaged as compensation in the town before the race begins. Along the way he learns the value of caring about others and makes friends with the cars in the town. It includes the funny towtruck Mater (Larry the Cable Guy), a wise Hudson "Doc" (Paul Newman) a charming Porsche named Sally (Bonnie Hunt) and many more!
