When it comes to Sanctions, we should understand this as both an art and a science. This could lead to a variety of outcomes, not all would be favorable. It is preferable to military action, but it requires a much deeper understanding to get what we want. In our current situation, we should respond as strategists to the trump administration rather than react as a people resigned to a fate of suffering if it comes to other countries possibly exposing our vulnerabilities as a society.
