Natalie and Lisa are throwing a surprise birthday party for Guillermo and they've asked Stassi and Katie to participate by doing a burlesque dance for him. The dance itself isn't too out of line, but the outfits leave very little to the imagination. (Think bare breasts and nipple tassles. It's giving 50 Shades of SUR vibes).
Kristen and Stassi's argument from last week didn't stick and they are now picking out looks for Kristens passport photo, which she says is the most important photo she will ever take.
Jax has found a lump on his chest and because breast cancer runs in his family he decides to have it checked out. While Jax is waiting for the results of the biopsy, he declares that he has cancer before knowing if it's even true. Stassi is convinced that it's from all the supplements he's taking for his phyique and takes it upon herself to show up at his house and pour everything down the drain. Jax says he needs support , not put downs and has a revelation that Stassi is not the girl he is supposed to be with
