In this episode we are introduced to the cast of VPR and learn that this group likes to keep things tight-knit. They don't welcome outsiders and Scheana has a hard time clicking with the girls. Stassi and Jax have lots of fights, Scheana is apparently the next Britney Spears, and Tom Sandoval can't drive because he is a loser.
