Our Heavenly Holy Father says to "Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord."
In today's study, we see what it looks like to be friends (to be in intimate relationship/covenant) with this "present and evil world." That "worldly system" that shuns God, that rejects the Lord Jesus Christ (and His finished works at the Cross), that willingly (and by default ) worships Satan... it's that "WORLD" that Jesus calls us to separate from. For He knows all too well the eventual destination of the path of incremental compromise and accommodation when we, like the pagans, "runs after all these things"... and that is THE LAKE OF FIRE!
