💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: Do You Know God? Many claim they know God and that they love Him. But how do you know that you know God and that you truly do love Him? Is it because you go to church every week? Is it because you read your Bible everyday? Is it because you are the pastor, the deacon, the first lady, or the bishop? The Bible tells us how we could know whether or not we know God and therefore love Him: "And by this we know that we have come to know him, if we keep his commandments." (1 John 2:3).
So the question becomes are you keeping His commandments? Are you keeping the commandments that Lord Jesus set out for us (see Mark 12:30-31) who are born-again? Because according to Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, our whole duty as mankind is to fear God and keep His commandments! Why? Because when Christ Jesus returns, He's coming to judge everyone for the works they have done whether it be good or evil! And this is the part where many people are missing it. And what I mean by many people, is those who claim they are in Christ! These are they who are living in willful, blatant, rebellious sin claiming they still get to go to Heaven and enjoy eternal life with a holy God ANYWAY! So I'mma ask again, do you know God and do you love Him?
