Make no mistake, those who sin...choose to sin!! Because, "No one who abides in Him [who remains united in fellowship with Him—deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin. No one who habitually sins has seen Him or known Him." 1 John 3:6
The question of the day: ARE you practicing sin as a continuous action? Because the Bible says, "The one who 👉🏾practices sin [separating himself from God, and offending Him by acts of disobedience, indifference, or rebellion] is of the devil [and takes his inner character and moral values from him, not God]; for the devil has sinned and violated God’s law from the beginning." 1 John 3:8
💥 SIN NO MORE! SIN is no longer a lifestyle choice! In saying, “Go and sin no more” (John 8:11), the Lord Jesus Christ was warning against a return to sinful lifestyle choices. His words both extended mercy and demanded holiness!
Now that you are born-again, the Bible tells us in 2 Peter 3:14 how we ought to be living: "be diligent and make every effort to be found by Him [at His return] spotless and blameless, in peace [that is, inwardly calm with a sense of spiritual well-being and confidence, having lived a life of obedience to Him]." There are many false doctrines and teachers who distort and twist Scriptures, preaching it doesn't matter how you live, as long as you "believe" in Jesus, you will go to Heaven! We are commanded in 2 Peter 3:17 to: "Be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men [who distort doctrine] and fall from your own steadfastness [of mind, knowledge, truth, and faith]."
Beloved, live clean and holy as we know that the Day of Christ's return is fast approaching! Don't abandon the faith by living in willful practicing sin! Have faith in the Lord that He will keep you from falling. Listen and be guided by Holy Spirit so that He can train you and sanctify you in righteousness, for we no longer belong to this world, but of God! Amen!🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
