I want to give a special acknowledgement to our brother and sister in Christ, John & Catherine, whom I had the awesome great pleasure of meeting up with yesterday to introduce me to two people who have recently come into the Kingdom! It was a great afternoon of fellowship (right there in the parking lot!) as we were encouraging these precious souls of what to expect now they are born-again! As I was so inspired, the Holy Spirit led me to put down 18 things of what babes in Christ can expect now that they have been transferred from the kingdom of darkness to the Kingdom of God's dear Son. So, I would like to encourage all new believers (and remind those already in the Family) that now that you have been born-again, you are a new creature! That old man, aka, that "sinful nature" you'd inherited from Adam, has died! Your spirit has now been regenerated by the Holy Spirit upon your new birth in the Lord Jesus Christ! That old man with its sensual, sinful nature no longer lives! You now must put on the "new man" in Christ Jesus. You will over time, as the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit begins, start to sin less and less, as you get to know our Heavenly Father better and better. You will come to hate sin just as much as He does! Now that you have sincerely repented (meaning - changing your inner self—your old way of thinking, regretting past sins, living your life in a way that proves repentance and seeking God’s purpose for your life), this what you can expect: 🎯 1. To live a clean and sensible life. You are commanded to live holy. 🎯 2. You are to no longer love this PRESENT EVIL WICKED VILE SINFUL "world." 🎯 3. ALL YOUR LOVE NOW FOCUSES ON YOUR SAVIOR! HE'S YOUR LORD; commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ takes precedence over all else!! 🎯 4. You must love God with EVERYTHING WITHIN YOU: Christ Jesus gave us two great commandments to follow. 🎯 5. Your Discipleship will be Tested! You must COUNT the cost of what it truly means to follow Jesus. 🎯 6. DO NOT worship any pastor, preacher, prophet, prophetess, bishop, pope, or teacher EVER! JESUS SAID NOT TO CALL ANYONE TEACHER OR FATHER! WE ARE ALL BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST! FOR IN THIS KINGDOM, WE ARE all on the same level. THERE'S ONLY ONE HEAD AND THAT IS CHRIST JESUS AND HIM ALONE! 🎯 7. You are to study the Bible before you go into anybody's church, so that you would learn how to DISCERN the voice of Jesus, the real Jesus! He said, "My sheep knows My voice!" 🎯 8. You are to "Go, and sin no more." NO QUESTION! 🎯 9. You are to live a born-again repentant lifestyle. 🎯10. You must allow the Holy Spirit to work the sanctification process out in your life. 🎯 11. You are no longer a -BOUND sinner on your way to a burning , as you await final judgment AT THE GREAT WHITE THRONE. 🎯 12. You are not required NOR commanded by God to attend a brick-and-mortar building for "church" fellowship, but if you are led to attend a church, make sure they don't carry false doctrine, TRADITIONS OF MEN & DOCTRINES OF DEVILS! 🎯 13. You are to love fellow believers. 🎯 14. You must know what sins will keep you out of the Kingdom of God. 🎯 15. You must remain faithful to Jesus - no matter what! 🎯 16. You must stay out of sexual sin. POINT BLANK! AND PERIOD! 🎯 17. Love your enemies. 🎯18. BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS & TEACHERS! Don't let these blind guides lead you into the same ditch as them! Amen! 🎯 Repent and believe and turn back to God!
