YOU ARE DECEIVED! Let us be reminded that there is a Day that's coming, it is fastly approaching, it is nearer now than when we first believed. A DAY of FINAL JUDGMENT. Where humanity and time as we know it, the course of this world's history, will come to a fiery culmination when the King of Glory, the Lord Jesus Christ come again to take away His bride and deal with His enemies once and for all! In flaming fire, He will put His enemies under His feet! May we be ever ready to be with the Lord on the Day He returns for us and, eventually, sets up His Millennial Kingdom! If we go by the way of the grave, until then, having lived a faithful life unto the Lord, may we be found blameless, spotless, and without stain in His sight as we stand before Him in Glory! Beloved, we have been warned and advised in the parable of the ten virgins by our Lord about what happens when some are ready to meet Him and some who KNEW He was coming, but WE'RE NOT FULLY PREPARED FOR HIS ARRIVAL! The five foolish virgins were caught off guard! They thought being half ready was enough! We must be COMPLETELY ready by living lives that are NOT characterized by sin before He returns or we die in the meantime. We understand from Scripture, that our God and Savior expects that His Church to be set apart, holy, sacred and faultless. We need to be prepared constantly to be able to present ourselves before God as a Holy and Blameless Church.
Now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation, (study 2 Corinthians 6:2). Isaiah 55:6: “Seek the Lord while you can find him. Call upon him now while he is near."
We should search for God and prepare ourselves before it is too late. Otherwise, we will be like the five foolish virgins who were not prepared and while they were out buying the oil, they should have had, when they'd returned knocking on the door saying, "11..., ‘Lord, Lord, open [the door] for us.’ 12 But He replied, ‘I assure you and most solemnly say to you, I do not know you [we have no relationship].’ 13 Therefore, be on the alert [be prepared and ready], for you do not know the day nor the hour [when the Son of Man will come]" (Matthew 25). Amen! BE WATCHFUL! BE VIGILANT! BE PREPARED TO MEET GOD!
