According to Romans 12:1 we must not, "be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes]." Amen!
Beloved, the distortion of grace is out of control! It has gotten COMPLETELY out of hand with many a false teacher distorting the Gospel, twisting, and misinterpreting the grace of God that has been freely given to us. There seems to be no distinction between justification and sanctification. Grace justifies us, and grace sanctifies us! But these ungodly ones, while still practicing lawlessness, want to go straight from justification to glorification and eternal life, totally bypassing sanctification! Those who teach all we have to do is "believe" because Christ has set us free at the cross, these are they that want to bash THE SANCTIFYING WORK OF HOLY SPIRIT and reduce it as a "work" (legalism) unto salvation!
What we have here, is that most people want to be saved, but they don't want to obey! Listen, we are commanded to walk in obedience. So there's no need to try to get around the rudiments of the Gospel. If Christ didn't set us free from the bondage and control of sin, we will all be looking down the barrels of 's fire! It is a slap in His face to claim we know Him, that we love Him, and yet do not obey His teachings! Worse yet, turn our backs on Him by going back out into the "world," embracing the hedonistic superficial values that come from our enemy - satan! God forbid!
Our Father commands our obedience and faithfulness!
Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
